I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). I bring years of direct experience working with children and families in school and nonprofit settings into my clinical practice.

I support adults, adolescents, couples, and families with anger management, ADHD, anxiety, trauma and sexual abuse, grief and loss, autism, borderline personality, men’s issues, cultural and ethnic concerns, and complex life and relationship challenges.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I draw from person-centered and attachment-focused therapy, integrating CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, psychodynamic insight, and coaching strategies.

Clients often describe my style as genuine, grounded, and practical, balancing meaningful conversation with skills you can use in everyday life.
